Shipping policy
We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. We are looking at providing international shipping, but currently only ship within Australia.
Processing times
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
If we're away or there are any unexpected delays, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
Shipping costs
- Flat rate standard shipping $9.95
- Express shipping $14.95
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
- Shipping costs for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on where you live and the shipping service selected.
As a general guide:
- Normal shipping in metro areas: 2–6 business days
- Normal shipping in regional areas: 3–8 business days
- Express shipping in metro areas: 2–3 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to Australia Post delays.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.
